If, instead, none of Skype’s suggestions match the exact problem that you’re trying to solve, click Next.ĭepending on the options that you chose in step 4, you may be offered different ways to contact Skype. Skype will suggest a number of help articles related to the issue that you’ve selected under “These Might Help.” Click on one to visit it. Then, click the drop-down menu labelled “Choose a Related Problem” and select the specific issue that you are having. Once you’re logged into your Skype account, click the drop-down menu labelled “Choose a Help Topic” and select the general area of Skype that you are having a problem with. If you are not currently logged into Skype (either on the website or in the application) you will be asked to log into your Skype account. It can be a bit tricky to find, so here’s a shortcut to it. Go to Skype’s support request page on their website.
Note that, unlike most other things that you can do with Skype, contacting their customer service department has to be done through their website, not the computer or mobile application.
